  • 250g dark chocolate (60 per cent cocoa solids), chopped
  • 250g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 4 (59g each) eggs
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
