  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cloves
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tbsp calvados liqueur
