- 1/4 cup loosely packed coarsely chopped fresh coriander
Dressing
- 125ml (1/2 cup) extra virgin olive oil
- 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
