- 1 long red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 1 tbs roughly torn coriander leaves
- 1 tbs small mint leaves
- 1 small red onion, very thinly sliced
- 2 tbs pomegranate seeds (optional, or use 1 orange or pink grapefruit segment, broken into small pieces)
