Roast Pork With Green Apples & Golden Squash

Ingredients

3 large Granny Smith apples, cored and thickly sliced

1 butternut squash (about 1 1/2 pounds), peeled, seeded and cut into cubes

2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Stock (Regular or Unsalted)

2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
