  • 2 tablespoons Grape Seed Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 8 ouncesOrganic Sugar Snap Peas
  • 2 tablespoons Butter salted
  • 2Organic Avocado
  • 2 cups Pea Tendrils

Tangerine Fennel Beurre Blanc

  • 2 tablespoonsOrganic Shallots chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seeds rubbed between your palms
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tangerines zest and juice
  • 1 tablespoonFennel (fronds) chopped
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Butter cool butter to finish cut into flakes
