- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large Vidalia or yellow onion, cut into 8 wedges, then each wedge cut in half crosswise
