Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Jif® Creamy Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Spread
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Vidalia or yellow onion, cut into 8 wedges, then each wedge cut in half crosswise
  • Hot cooked white rice
  • DIPPING SAUCE
