  • 2 cups chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeño peppers
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 tablespoon Herb-Ox® Chicken Instant Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 pound uncooked medium to large fresh or frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
