  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2-32 oz containers chicken broth
  • 4 t sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t curry powder
  • 1/2 t dried thyme
  • 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • Serve with Tortilla strip
