- 1 head romaine lettuce, cut lengthwise into 6 wedges
- 2 avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1 1/2 cups snipped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup crumbled queso fresco (4 ounces)
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
