  • 1 cup chopped celery and/or chopped seeded cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise dressing or salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 6 1/2 ounce can low-sodium chunk light or white tuna (water pack), drained and broken into chunks
  • 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
