- 1 cup dry red or white wine or 1 cup water plus 1/2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, quartered
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 12 ounces boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick
