  • 1/2 cup bulgur
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped (1-1/4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup snipped parsley
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup hot water
