  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen sliced rhubarb (about 1 pound)
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup sugar
