  • 1/2 cup snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
