  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 14 1/2 ounce can reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped or slivered almonds, toasted*
  • Fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
  • Finely shredded lemon peel
