  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained (1/2 of a 15-ounce can)
  • 2/3 cup corn relish
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Dairy sour cream (optional)
