  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese or cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • Dash pepper
