  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots (3 medium)
  • 1 - 2 poblano chili peppers
  • Sliced avocado (optional)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Sliced green onions (optional)
  • Fried Corn Tortilla Strips (optional)
