Curried Tuna And Fruit Salad
2 tbs. lite mayonnaise
2 tbs. plain yogurt
2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
1-2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbs. mango chutney
1 can (12.5 oz.) Bumble
Bee white or light solid or chunk, tuna (drained)
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
1 cup red apple, cored and diced
1 cup green tart apple,cored and diced
1 bunch red or green seed less grapes (halved length-wise)
Garnish:sliced almonds toasted red or green grapes
2 sm. cantaloupe or honey dew melons
