4 EGGS 1 LB. TOFU
1 CUP HONEY
1/2 CUP WATER OR MILK
2 TBS. LEMON JUICE
1 TSP. GRATED LEMON RIND
1/4 TSP. SALT
Add and mix gently with a long-handled spoon
2 CUPS DRIED BREAD CUBES {1/2')
Pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with
NUTMEG (optional)
