1.25 ml ('1/4 tsp) ground mace
350 g (12 oz) pork sausage meat
15 ml (1 tbsp) Bisto Powder
225 g (8 oz) frozen chopped spinach,
thawed
Pastry:
350 g (12 oz) plain flour
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) salt
125 ml ('1/4 pint) mixed milk and water
100 g (4 oz) lard or white vegetable fat
milk to glaze
Topping:
225 g (8 oz) cranberries
75 g (3 oz) granulated sugar
60 ml (4 tbsp) cranberry or redcurrant
jelly
15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
