2 tbsp grainy mustard or Dijon mustard 25 mL

1 tsp pepper 5 mL
1/2 tsp cayenne or hot red pepper sauce 2 mL
1/2 tsp dried thyme 2 mL
1/2 tsp dried oregano 2 mL
