125 ml vegetable oil
6 tbsp sugar substitute
2 eggs
60 gm unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate
1 tsp vanilla extract
125 gm sliced almonds
250 gm carrots, shredded
125 gm pineapple, unsweetened, crushed and drained
