Ingredients

A pinch of cayenne pepper
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 cucumber
 
4 stalks celery, chopped
 
2 red dessert apples, cored and chopped but not peeled
 
2 carrots, grated
 
2 tablespoons lemon juice lettuce
 
2 hard boiled eggs parsley or watercress
 
DRESSING:
 
1/2 cup yoghurt
 
1 teaspoon lemon juice
 
A pinch of garlic salt
 
1 teaspoon prepared mustard, black pepper, paprika pepper -combine all ingredients
