1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Optional:
1/8 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cups fresh bean sprouts
