Turkey Casserole
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
20 ounce can pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained, reserving liquid
1 1/4 cups turkey broth (chicken broth can be substituted)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
3 cups toasted bread cubes (about 1/2 inch size)
2 cups chopped turkey
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Butter or margarine to grease casserole
