Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped broccoli or cauliflower flowerets
 
1/4 cup shredded carrot
 
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
 
1/3 cup sandwich spread
 
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
1 7 3/4 ounce can salmon, drained, slighdy flaked, and skin and bones removed
 
3 French style rolls, split, or 6 slices bread
 
Green pepper rings
