Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

    Salmon Cakes:
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1.0 cup
    Yogurt Fat Free Plain - Old Home, .25 cup
    Chopped pecana - .25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 2 tbsp
    Pink Salmon (canned), 14 oz
    Combine all ingredients, add dill thyme and parslet S&P
    Cook on medium hear in Olive Oil, .5 tbsp

    Whipped Cauliflower Bake:
    Cauliflower, steamed, 1 head in food processor add S&P and Asiago Cheese, 2 oz - Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

    Side Salad
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2.0 cup, shredded
    Cucumber Slice, 10 slices
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 10 tomatoes halved
    Salad Dressing Low Fat Italian 1 Tbsp

    Veggie Side:
    Broccoli, steamed, 1 stalk, large served on the side
