3 green onions, chopped
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs

6 (7- to 9-ounce) catfish fillets
1/2 pound medium shrimp, cooked and peeled Sauce (recipe follows)
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese Paprika
