1 tsp (5 mL) paprika

2 tsp (10 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
6 cups (1.5 L) boiling water
2 beef bouillon cubes or 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid beef bouillon concentrate
6 to 8 green onions, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh parsley, minced
1 egg Juice of 1 lemon
