  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced kalamata and/or black olives
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
