- Basmati Rice or any Long grain rice (Uncooked and washed)- 3 cups
- Salt to taste
- Saffron - 10-12 Strands
- Raisins 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes - 2 Diced
- Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
- Almonds 1/4 cup
Description
Long Grain Rice Is Cooked With Vegetables (such As Potatoes, Peas, Carrots, Bell Pepper And Cauliflower) And Spices (including Saffron, Cinnamon, And Cardamom) And A Generous Amount Of Butter. Tomatoes, Cashews And Almonds Are Stirred In At The End.
