  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1 pound crab meat, cleaned, cooked and finely chopped
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • ? teaspoon salt
  • ? teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ? teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated (optional)
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
