- 1/2 cup chopped young celery leaves
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 3/4 cup Maui (or other sweet) onion, chopped
- 1 13 to 15 oz. can pineapple tidbits, well drained
- 2 hard-cook eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento or green pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 4-1/4 to 5 oz can lump crab meat, rinsed, drained and flaked
- Extra mayonnaise, optional, for serving with salad
