- 7 Snow Peas, Halved
- 7 5 Inch Long Green Beans, Cut Up

- 2 Cups Cooked Elbow Macaroni, Rinse with Hot then Cold Water and Drain Well. (Mix with 1 teaspoon smart balance buttery spread)
- 1 6-Ounce can of Tuna, Drained and flaked
- 2 Heaping Teaspoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Teaspoons Ranch Salad Dressing
