- 3 16 oz cans red kidney beans (two cans rinsed and drained ? one can not rinsed or drained)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 12 oz cans beer
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp fresh snipped parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp basil dried, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup shredded Swiss, cheddar or mozzarella cheese
