- 3 Tbs raisins (black or white)
- ½ tsp dried oregano leaves
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbs drained capers
- 1 loaf ciabatta or other rustic loaf, cut crosswise into 6 equal pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 6 slices (1/3â) drained fresh mozzarella
- Salt and pepper, to taste
