- 4 ounces sliced provolone
- 4 ounces sliced salami
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
