- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp bouquet garni
- 1/4 cup red wine, optional
- 1 bunch of artichoke, spinach, or wheat spaghetti--about 1 inch diameter bunch
- 1 lb grated mild or sharp cheddar cheese
