  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced smoked cheese
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh sage or 3/4 tsp dried
