- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 spears of green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pound crawfish tails
- 2 catfish fillets
- 1/2 pound cooked cocktail shrimp
- 1 1/2 pound large count shrimp
- 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
