- 1/2 cube gresh peeled ginger root
- 1 7 oz jar whole straw or button mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup fresh carrots, peeled and cut on bias
- 1/2 cup fresh broccoli flowerets, 3/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh cauliflower florets, 3/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup sweet red bell pepper, sliced into 2 x 1/4 inch strips
- 1/4 cup water for vegetables
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
