  • 8 oz Baby Carrots
  • 1 lg Yellow Onion
  • 1/2 of a Green Cabbage
  • 4 Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 28 oz canned Rotel tomatoes & green chilies
  • 28 oz water
