Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground venison (you can substitute beef of coarse but I use venison.)
- 1 pound italian sausage
- 1 (15oz) can chili beans in spicy sauce
- 3 (15oz) cans kidney beans
- 2 (28oz) cans rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 1 (6oz) can tomato paste
- 1 large vidallia onion
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 or 2 serrano peppers, minced (you choose...how hot do you like it?!)
- 4 strips of bacon, crumbled
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbls. dried oregeno
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (I use Chipotle Tabasco)
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. white sugar
