    ½ tsp ground coriander
    ¼ tsp ground pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    ½ tsp fine sea salt
    1 lemon
    PAM spray
    6 tbsp tahini
    ¼ cup water
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    ¼ tsp paprika


    For sandwich:
    6 (6 inch) pita breads
    ¼ head romaine lettuce
    Tomato cut into thin wedges
    ½ cucumber into slices
    12 to 18 slices dill pickle
