Ingredients

    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    8 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    6 oz. chicken breast, no skin, cooked and cubed
    3-4 garlic cloves, pressed
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
    3/4 cup dry white wine
    3/4 cup 99% fat free, low sodium chicken broth
    8 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup fresh basil (approx. 20 leaves), finely chopped
    1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained and quartered
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cups cooked orzo (1/3 cup dry orzo will make 1 cup cooked, so use 2/3 cup dry to make 2 cups cooked)
