Avocado Pasta With Broccoli & Mushrooms

Ingredients

    16 oz dry macaroni (we like small shells or cylinders, but the restaurant used linguine)
    2 cups pureed avocados
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 milk
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    6+ cloves of garlic
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp olive oil
    salt & pepper to taste
    12 cups of tap water to boil noodles (with 1-3 cups reserved after cooking for sauce)

Description

Decadent Creamy Avocado Sauce Over Noodles Of Your Choice. My Sister Made This By Eating Something Similar At A Restaurant And Figuring It Out At Home. I Think A Splash Of White Wine Would Add A Nice Zing To The Sauce.
