Beef, ground, cooked, drained and rinsed, 80/20, 12 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp
Chili Powder, 1 tbsp
ground cumin, 1 tbsp
Black Pepper (Ground), 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Paprika, .5 tsp
Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
Garlic powder, .25 tsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, pinch (optional)
Diced Tomatoes & Green Chillies Rotel, 10oz can
Petite Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz can, drained
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup
Great Value Southern Ranch Beans, 15oz can
Cheddar Cheese, shredded, 4 oz

I Found A Similar Spark Recipe That Was Rated Very Highly. I Didn't Have All Of The Ingredients On Hand, So I Came Up With My Own. Rinsing And Draining The Ground Beef Significantly Reduces The Calories From 1 Lb Of 80/20 Ground Beef, Courtesy Of Beefnu
