Hearty Tomato Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    1 rutabega, 1 turnip, 3 potatos, 4 carrots, 3 celery, 1 sweet potato, 2 onions, 4 cloves garlic, 1.5lbs beef stew meat, 2 cans (14.5oz) diced tomatoes (italian style), 1 can(28 oz) whole tomatoes, cut up. about 3/4 of a jar tomato basil pasta sauce, 1 container button mushrooms (or your favorite) sliced. 2- 14.5oz cans low sodium beef broth, 29 oz water, 1 can corn (drained), 1 can chick peas(drained/rinsed), 1 can green beans(drained), for spices, i use blk pepper, oregano (1-2 tblspoons dried),parsley flakes(2-3 tablespoons dried), thyme(1-2 teaspoons), cumin (1 teaspoon), 1/2 tsp all spice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, cayenne pepper to taste.
